• Marketing Audit: Survey the account’s current advertising spend, including billboards, radio, television, websites, and sales team expenses.
• Performance Analysis: Identify what is working and what is costing the client money without a return.
• Creative Solutioning: Pitch Ultimate Home Hunt’s unique advertising platform, highlighting our ability to develop highly creative, custom landing pages that convert "home hunters" into leads.
• Industry Focus: Target all sectors of the home industry, including construction, modular housing, real estate, and home improvement.
• Account Management: Maintain relationships to ensure monthly renewals, securing your recurring 35% commission.

• Think Creatively: Understand that a landing page is more than just a website—it’s a sales tool.
• Be Analytical: Be comfortable looking at a prospect's budget (from print to digital) and showing them how to spend it more effectively with us.
• Drive Growth: Move with a sense of urgency and a "hunter" mentality to identify new businesses in the home sector.
• Communicate with Impact: Demonstrate strong listening and presentation skills to explain the value of the Ultimate Home Hunt brand.

• Writing & Editing: Ability to help craft the vision for a client’s landing page and marketing copy.
• Industry Knowledge: An interest in or experience with real estate, modular homes, or home-related services.
• Self-Starter: Since this is a 1099 role, you must be disciplined, organized, and capable of managing your own pipeline.
• Tech Savvy: Comfort using digital tools and explaining website/landing page benefits to traditional advertisers (billboard/radio users).
